Sunday saw the girls take on the unbeaten league leaders Berlin Swiftettes with the stormy weather looming the game went ahead. Carniny started on the back foot with Berlin moving the ball well and creating early chances. A Carniny free kick from distance tested the Berlin keeper but the follow up was put wide. From the goal kick Berlin went up the pitch and scored 1-0. The second was to follow before the half with some indecision at the back allowing a Berlin shot.

Carniny started the second half well with chances just going wide and the Berlin defence holding firm. However the wind was now playing a part and Carniny struggled to get up the pitch. a Berlin corner swung in evaded everyone 3-0.
